Last updated: 30 November 2025The protection of personal data is an important part of the activities of the Research and Development Centre – Marine Technology Centre S.A. We fulfil GDPR obligations in a transparent and lawful manner, ensuring appropriate information security and supervision over data processing activities. As part of our data protection framework, information clauses are in place describing the principles of data processing in situations related to the operations of OBR CTM S.A., including visitors, contractors, and persons corresponding with the company. These documents fulfil the obligations set out in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.
The principles of personal data processing when using the website, including information on technical data, external services, and users’ rights, are described in detail in the Privacy Policy, while information on the cookies used and related technologies is provided in a separate Cookie Policy.
