Marcin Wiśniewski
A graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology and postgraduate studies in leadership psychology at the University of Gdańsk. He combines engineering precision with a modern approach to management, fostering an environment conducive to the development of both technology and people.
He has been associated with CTM for many years, co-creating key command and control and communication systems for the Polish Navy. His experience brings together the perspectives of an engineer and a leader, enabling the effective development of CTM’s technological potential and strengthening national competencies in innovation and maritime security.

Dr. Jacek Szczepaniak
A graduate of the University of Gdańsk, where he also earned his doctorate, and a graduate of postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Gdańsk University of Technology. He combines academic and managerial expertise with a hands-on approach to implementing advanced technologies and developing projects of strategic importance.
For 35 years, he has been involved in the development and deployment of innovative defence technologies in both commercial and research settings.

Anna Salomon
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk and of MBA studies. She combines managerial experience with a practical approach to delivering strategic projects at the intersection of industry, public administration, and the R&D ecosystem.
For many years, she has been associated with new technologies, critical infrastructure, and maritime safety, as well as the defence industry and the maritime economy. She specialises in digitisation, system integration, and the development of modern technologies for maritime safety and security, supporting innovation and the growth of national technological competencies.
