Advanced impact and vibration protection solutions designed to safeguard machines, equipment, and technical systems operating under demanding conditions. They provide effective vibration isolation, reduction of shock loads, and protection of sensitive components, increasing the reliability, durability, and safety of installations in industry, power generation, transportation, critical infrastructure, as well as the marine and defense sectors.
Industrial shock absorbers are used for flexible mounting of, among others, motors, pumps, compressors, generator sets, switchgear, servers, and control consoles, reducing the transmission of vibrations and noise to the supporting structure. Damping is achieved using radial and helical wire rope isolators, allowing precise adjustment of performance characteristics to loads and force directions. Radial solutions enable large displacements and effective shock attenuation, while helical designs provide high load capacity and control of axial vibrations.
The design of the shock absorbers allows individual adjustment of operating characteristics to static and dynamic loads as well as the operating environment. The selection of materials, such as stainless steel and aluminum alloys, combined with appropriate surface treatments, ensures resistance to chemical agents, temperature extremes, and operating conditions typical of industrial applications.
