Pelikan

Project objective

Development of technologies necessary for the construction of a vehicle enabling the unmanned execution of mine countermeasure (MCM) operations, in particular the neutralization of mines without damaging the vehicle. The project includes the development of the concept of the “Pelikan” vehicle, which will operate in cooperation with naval vessels, including serial Kormoran II–class units, as well as full integration with the SCOT combat management system.

CTM scope

Full integration of the SCOT-K2 system with the “Pelikan” vehicle, covering trajectory and manoeuvre planning, mission visualisation, and result generation. In addition, the project includes the design and implementation of the integration of the detonator of the neutralisation charge with the explosive charge, as well as hydroacoustic communication enabling charge detonation from a distance of up to one nautical mile.
