MultiAKIT

Product description

An advanced, modular integration device designed for operation within the IBCS (Integrated Battle Command System), enabling secure and reliable integration of national sensors and effectors with the network-centric command and control system, in accordance with the “any sensor – best effector” principle.

The purpose of the MultiAKIT device is to provide time synchronization, mediate data transmission, and implement controlled communication flows between integrated components—such as radars and launchers—and the IBCS system. The solution architecture is based on the Plug and Fight concept, enabling dynamic system reconfiguration without interrupting operational activity, through the addition, removal, and modification of integrated elements in response to changing operational conditions.

MultiAKIT performs information processing at the application layer of the ISO/OSI model, handling message transmission, translation, and contextualization in near-real-time. The device operates in cooperation with the B-KIT suite and mobile MCC communication nodes, forming an integral component of the IFCN network.

The solution takes the form of a military-grade computer with dedicated software, based on a Linux operating system with support for environment virtualization. The use of a standardized data bus and asynchronous communication methods ensures high reliability, resilience to faulty and unexpected data, and enables precise monitoring of information flows and system status.
