Underwater Monitoring Systems

 

The Underwater Monitoring System developed by us is based on two sonars: hull mounted SHL-101/TM and SHL-300 dedicated to submersible vehicles. The sonars are designed for searching for minefield objects. The purpose of the system is to provide the command system with a data on mine-like objects detected and located by the sonars. The user interfaces for sonars operation are implemented on the Underwater Weapons Multifunction Console. The main information provided by the sonars is a hydroacoustic image created on the basis of echo signals received by transducer assemblies. On the basis of the hydrolocation image analysis it is possible to work out an indication of the detected object, which will be passed on to the command system for further analysis.
