On-the-job training
The On-the-job trainings offered by us takes into account the performance of particular maintenance and repair tasks, allowing the trainer to directly verify the results of the training. It allows the trainer to modify program quickly, depending on the current situation and individually adjust the pace of training to its program. This method enables learning through observation and practice, and the training allows to get to know maintenance and repair tasks and adapt new employees.
