Radio Navigation Systems
The Radio Navigation Systems are designed to determine position of the mobile receivers, especially in the field of measurement, rescue, search, identification, tracking objects with assumed accuracy and range in relation to base stations, as well as availability and reliability. These systems typically operate in the range of medium, very short and ultra short wavelengths, using a combination of many position determination methods, including two dominant ones, i. e. measurements of phase relationships between received signals and correlation measurements of the time of arrival of radio signals. The integrated elements of the systems are subsystems of mission planning, control and monitoring of operation correctness, data exchange, communication and antennae.
Currently, research and development works are carried out in order to develop and implement a complete System.
