Passive Defence Systems
Passive Defense Systems offered by us are designed to monitor and minimize the physical fields of the ship: magnetic, electric and thermal. Minimization of physical fields reduces the likelihood of stimulation of non-contact devices initiating sea mines and infrared armaments. The ship degaussing device and multi-sector cathodic protection station allow to achieve signature levels, meeting the current requirements of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) for minehunters. The ship physical fields monitoring system, including magnetic, electric, thermal and hydroacoustic signatures, is an element supporting the ship command system, by displaying ship’s security zones in the process of detection, classification and identification of sea mines.
